Account information

Supplier information

If you apply to become a supplier or manage a supplier account, we may collect company information, websites, business descriptions, locations, categories, capabilities, facilities, logos, supplier credentials, registrations, and related documentation.

Component listing information

Suppliers may provide component titles, descriptions, specifications, part numbers, materials, pricing, quantity information, images, regulatory information, and other marketplace content.

Marketplace activity

We may collect information about how users interact with BEVLS, including supplier profile views, component listing views, website clicks, add-to-cart activity, cart quantities, and similar marketplace events.

Feedback

When you submit feedback, we collect the feedback type, message, page from which the feedback was submitted, and, when applicable, your BEVLS user account or an email address you voluntarily provide.

Technical information

Like most online services, BEVLS may receive technical information necessary to operate and secure the service, such as browser, device, network, log, and request information.

  • Publish and manage supplier profiles and component listings.

4. Public marketplace information

Some information provided by suppliers is intended to be publicly visible, including published supplier profiles, company logos, descriptions, capabilities, locations, selected credentials, facilities, and approved component listings.

Suppliers should not submit confidential, proprietary, personal, or sensitive information in fields intended for public display.

5. Credential documentation

Documentation uploaded for credential review may be stored privately and made available only to authorized BEVLS administrators for review, except for information specifically selected for public display.

6. Marketplace analytics

BEVLS may provide suppliers with aggregated or activity-based marketplace analytics, such as profile views, listing views, website clicks, and add-to-cart activity.

Supplier analytics are designed to provide marketplace performance information without exposing buyer identities through those analytics features.

7. How information may be shared

We may share information with service providers that help us host, operate, secure, authenticate, maintain, or improve BEVLS.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, enforce our Terms, investigate misuse, or protect the rights and safety of BEVLS, our users, or others.

Public marketplace information is visible to other BEVLS users and visitors as described in this Policy.

8. Sale of personal information

BEVLS does not sell personal information to advertisers.

BEVLS may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies when necessary to support authentication, account sessions, preferences, security, cart functionality, and operation of the marketplace.

Suppliers can manage much of their public company information through their BEVLS supplier account.

BEVLS may contain links to supplier websites or other third-party services. This Privacy Policy does not govern the privacy practices of those third parties.

14. Beta service

BEVLS is currently in beta. Data collection and platform functionality may evolve as features are tested and improved. Material changes to privacy practices will be reflected in an updated version of this Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The updated version will be posted on this page and the date above will be revised.
