Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of BEVLS, including its marketplace, supplier profiles, component listings, account features, and related services.
Last updated: September 25, 2026
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using BEVLS, creating an account, submitting a supplier application, publishing marketplace content, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using BEVLS on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act on its behalf.
2. The BEVLS platform
BEVLS is a marketplace and discovery platform focused on components, materials, suppliers, capabilities, facilities, and related information for medical device research and development.
BEVLS may provide tools for browsing supplier information, viewing component listings, saving or managing marketplace information, communicating interest in products, and other sourcing-related activities.
Features may change over time, particularly while BEVLS remains in beta.
3. Accounts
Some features require a BEVLS account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the security of your login credentials.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly notify BEVLS of unauthorized access.
You may not create an account using false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
4. Supplier accounts and company representation
Supplier access is intended for individuals authorized to represent the company identified in the supplier application and supplier profile.
Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that company information, capabilities, facilities, component listings, pricing, availability, credentials, and other submitted information are accurate and current.
BEVLS may review, approve, reject, suspend, unpublish, archive, or remove supplier profiles or marketplace listings when necessary to operate the marketplace, maintain platform quality, enforce these Terms, or protect users.
5. Component listings
Suppliers are responsible for the information contained in their component listings, including descriptions, specifications, part numbers, materials, conditions, quantities, pricing, availability, images, and other product information.
Submission or approval of a listing by BEVLS does not mean that BEVLS independently tested, inspected, validated, certified, or approved the component for a particular application.
6. Buyer and user responsibility
Users are responsible for independently evaluating suppliers and components before relying on them for research, development, prototyping, manufacturing, regulatory, or other purposes.
You should independently verify specifications, materials, condition, availability, certifications, registrations, regulatory requirements, suitability, and any other information relevant to your intended use.
7. No medical, regulatory, or engineering advice
BEVLS provides marketplace and informational services. Information available through BEVLS does not constitute medical, clinical, engineering, regulatory, quality, compliance, or legal advice.
Users remain responsible for determining whether a component, supplier, process, or material is appropriate for their particular application and for complying with applicable regulatory and quality requirements.
8. Supplier credentials and registrations
Suppliers may submit documentation relating to supported certifications, registrations, or other credentials.
When BEVLS displays a verified or reviewed credential indicator, that indicator means BEVLS reviewed the documentation submitted for the displayed credential.
A credential indicator is not an endorsement, certification, warranty, or guarantee by BEVLS. Users should perform their own qualification and due diligence when required.
9. Transactions and payments
During beta, BEVLS may display pricing, inventory, quantities, cart functionality, and other commerce-related features.
BEVLS does not currently process marketplace payments through the platform. Payment, checkout, seller payout, transaction fee, refund, and related commerce terms may be introduced in the future.
Additional terms may apply when transactional marketplace features become available.
10. Content you provide
You retain ownership of content you submit to BEVLS.
By submitting content intended for display on the marketplace, you grant BEVLS permission to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the BEVLS marketplace.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide the content you submit.
11. Prohibited use
You may not use BEVLS to:
- Provide false, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading information.
- Impersonate a person, supplier, or company.
- Access or attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
- Interfere with the security or operation of BEVLS.

12. Beta service
BEVLS is currently offered in beta and remains under active development.
Features may be incomplete, changed, interrupted, or removed. Additional information is available in our Beta Notice .
13. Availability and modifications
BEVLS may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the platform at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BEVLS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
BEVLS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or suitability of supplier information, component listings, marketplace content, or third-party information available through the platform.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BEVLS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the platform, reliance on marketplace information, interactions with other users, or inability to access BEVLS.
16. Account suspension and termination
BEVLS may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to accounts, supplier profiles, listings, or other platform features when necessary to enforce these Terms, address misuse, comply with legal obligations, protect users, or maintain the marketplace.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as BEVLS evolves. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of BEVLS after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
